Tofu Palak snack

This is very easy to make and tastes super and healthier too I guess

Ingredients:

Spinach 1 packet (i pound)

Tofu – extra firm – 1lb

cloves – 4 to 5

cinnamon – small piece

cardamom – 4 to 5

ginger – small piece

garlic – 1 or 2 cloves

green chilli – 5 to 6

dry coriander powder 1 tablespoon

salt to taste

turmeric

Preparation time – 5 to 10 minutes.

Do not cut the spinach, could be used as whole. Cut tofu into small pieces and saute in two spoons of oil until they turn golden brown. Saute the spinach in a different pan for a few minutes and add the tofu pieces to it. Mince the ginger, garlic and green chillies, and powder the cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and add this powder, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. and add 1 small spoon of ghee and let it cook for 5 minutes. And voila the tofu spinach smack is ready.
